Common questions
Where does my stuff go? Tasks stay on the device. People asks before it moves or deletes anything. It never sends mail.
Does a task go to an outside AI? Apple Intelligence stays on the device. Claude is optional. People names Anthropic, lists what would be sent, and asks before anything goes to Claude. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I subscribe on iPhone or iPad? Settings → Plan. Plus and Work are purchased with Apple In-App Purchase. To cancel, open the device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
I already paid on the Mac. The same Plus or Work seat can be unlocked on the phone from the receipt code in Settings → Plan. You can also subscribe again with Apple if you want the seat billed by Apple.
